About OutwardStride
OutwardStride was launched in 2024 by Susie Dan - an educator who is also an underpronator (supinator).
Susie wanted to create educational content to answer the question: “How do you live well with underpronation or supination?”
The goal of the site is to share information, resources and tips to support people to identify and manage underpronation and be able to lead active lives, free from discomfort and pain.
It is focused around three key areas:
Getting enough knowledge to understand your own underpronation (supination).
Deciding out what lifestyle choices are ok for your underpronation (and what needs modifying or letting go of).
Learning about suitable footwear for underpronators, and choosing the right pair for different situations.
